Brief / Task

Project manage and deliver  3 Gauteng regional workshops to be hosted by the member organisations as part of a delegate activation and recruitment campaign.

What We Did

- We secured  in 3 venues in Kagiso, Tembisa and Sedibeng.
- This included the logistical management,catering, delegate invitation, registration and coordination, stage, décor, branding, marketing.

Results

- Three regional seminars were hosted successfully in three municipalities (Munsieville (Mogale City),Sebokeng (Sedibeng), Tembisa (Ekurhuleni).
- A total of 134 attendees.
