Project manage and deliver an international 3 day music business conference and exhibition to a local, African and International market

What We Did

- Conceptualised, planned , produced  and project managed the 3 day conference which including supporting events and an expo to great success.
- We managed logistics, 3 day programme development, booking/sourcing of local and international speakers, domestic and international artist  travel arrangements, ground transport and transfers, accommodation and hospitality management,  emergency services, JOC and city permit approvals,traffic management, security and risk management stage, décor, branding, marketing and management of all service providers onsite and off site
- Stakeholder,sponsor and delegate invivation, registration and onsite management

Results

- Delegates Peak Attendance: The conference and exhibition peaked at 450 registered attendees
- Delegate Average Attendance: In terms of average attendance of the 3 days of the conference the numbers were 374
- There were 30 exhibitors this year
Programme Items: 35 programme items over 3 days (Plenary Sessions, Breakaways Sessions, Information Sessions, Opening & Closing Sessions etc.)
- National Speaker representation: This year Moshito had representation from 3 provinces – Western Cape, Mpumalanga and Gauteng Province.
- International Speaker representation:  This year Moshito had representation from the  following 11 countries (Australia, USA, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Morocco, Angola, Senegal, Mali, Zimbabwe and Mauritius)
-Delegate Representation: South Africa, USA, Netherlands, Swaziland, Mozambique, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Ghana

-In total Moshito 2010 provided a platform for 33 bands (approximately 158 artists/musicians/Djs).
