Project manage and deliver an international 4 day music business conference and exhibition to a local, African and International market

What We Did

- Conceptualised, planned and produced the 4 day conference which included 8 supporting events and an expo great success.
- This included the logistical management, international and domestic travel arrangements, accommodation and hospitality management, delegate and exhibitor sales coordination, venue, stage, décor, branding, marketing and sourcing and booking of local and international speakers
- Stakeholder management


- Delegates: The conference and exhibition peaked at 536 registered attendances.
- National representation: Moshito 2009 had representation from 8 provinces.
- International representation:  Moshito 2009 had representation from all the continents except for Asia. The  following countries were represented ; Mauritius,UK, Columbia, Botswana, France, Malawi, Germany, USA, Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon, Namibia, Kinshasa, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania and DR Congo. Our international speakers in particular were extremely well received and were able to transfer a huge amount of extremely valuable information on international markets, trends and methods to our delegates.
- New Exhibitors: Moshito 2009 was able to attract 56 new exhibitors to exhibit for their first time at Moshito
- Showcases: In total Moshito 09 provided a platform for 53 bands (approximately 250 artists/musicians)
- PR Value : Moshito garnered R12m PR value across all media platforms
